Meditation is a pathway to observing your patterns of thought and sensation. Minds are designed to move! Each time our mind wanders, we have an opportunity to practice coming back to the present moment. This workshop will explore several short practices, experimenting with different positions and styles to find your preferred pathway to meditative presence.
All are welcome! Please dress comfortably. You will be asked to gather household items like pillows and blankets to support your practice. If you have questions, please feel free to email embodiedsinger@gmail.com
The live workshop will be held on Zoom. Registered participants will receive a Zoom link via email within 24 hours of the workshop. A recording will be sent to all registered participants so you can take and repeat the workshop at your convenience!
