Roll and Restore - Monday Evening Class

Explore and nurture your body in this 60 minute class format.  The practice includes seated and reclined myofascial release, complimentary stretches, and breathing practices to promote awareness and restoration.

All bodies welcome and all movements can be adapted! 

Recommended props: 2 grippy, pliable therapy or tennis balls in a tote or sock (yoga tuneup or pinky recommended), a Coregeous inflatable ball.  Other household items, including pillows and blankets may be used.

All classes held on Zoom. Monthly Members will receive a PDF with all links. Single Class registrants will be contacted by Shauna directly and provided a Zoom link.$12/single class or $40/May Membership
