Soothing and Centering for Singers - Meditation and Yoga Nidra

Mindfulness Meditation helps us build our capacity to be present with what is and respond skillfully. Through a variety of short meditation practices, we will explore awareness of our bodies, thoughts, and emotions and practice holding what arises with compassion. These beneficial life skills translate beautifully to the myriad sensations that arise in music-making.

This practice will end with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), a guided meditation for deep restoration.

No experience necessary! All minds and bodies are welcome.

The workshop will be held on Zoom. A link will be sent within 24 hours.
